After Church Talks (ACTs)

After Church Talks (ACTs TM) is a groundbreaking event series dedicated to providing education surrounding health equity and fostering access to vital resources within communities of color. ACTs TM provides a faith-based environment where you can gain insight on many of the issues affecting your community in the comfort of your church. Topics, including mental and physical health, finances, housing, employment, education and so much more. Together we will discuss various stigmas in faith-based communities while providing families with resources they need to Live Informed Futures Everyday.
